Migrate to SSD, error trying to boot

I used Paragon's migrate to SSD program. The SSD had adequate space for everything. I restarted the computer and changing the boot priority to the SSD first as it instructs you. But right when it went to try and boot I got an error message that said "A disk read error occurred. Press ctrl + alt + del".

I switched it back to the original HDD so I could look at drive and it seemed to have copied the the main partition and the system reserved partition correctly (well, looking at the size in the picture it seems the new "C" drive used space is smaller than the old one, "I" on disk 2. Maybe that means something?). I tried adding the SSD as a multi-boot os and that worked.

So it is using the SSD as the System partition, but booting from the original HDD. How can I fix this so it boots from the SSD?

'changing the boot priority'... that might be why it's wasn't booting. You normally swap drives or actually, put the SSD where the HDD was and don't attach the HDD... at least until later.

Make sure SSD Sata port is switched to AHCI. Might have to do some registry work before migration to get it to boot correctly after switching to AHCI.

SSD's have to be on a AHCI channel for bootup.

Unset a letter for 100MB boot partition on SSD to make it hidden via storage manager. Try to reboot from ssd. If there is an error then try to run system repare from windows instalation disk.
