I was taking out all my admin assistants to lunch when I opened the menu I noticed my field of vision was slightly obstructed. Then, I this light-like obstruction moved through my field of vision, distorting things I saw in about 20% of the field.
AFter the obstruction had slowly moved through my field of vision, the pain began in my eyes and head, like the eyes had been punched and the head beaten with a 20 lb sludge.
4 tylenol, 2 ibuprofen (all I could find) and a 90 minute nap later, I'm starting to feel human again. Someone offered me prescription Migrane meds but I declined, not really knowing much about them.
I have been getting these about once per year or every other year but I've had two this spring alone.
