3. Horrible last couple of episodes. It was like they all of a sudden got notice the show was being cancelled and did a total 180 and really did bring closure to anything.

the first half of the first season was really the OC's peak, but the whole first season was pretty good, and the second season was ok... that's where it really starting steamrolling down hill, though.

also, Gossip Girl > The OC

I quickly lost interest once "Anna" left... haven't seen an episode further than midway second season and don't really care.
