I have a big problem. The Overclockerz Store recently SCREWED ME BIG TIME. They sent me a bunk Duron chip that was chipped on the corner upon arrival. So i sent it back to them and they said over the phone that they would replace it "no problem" Well, that didn't happen. Now i am out 150 bucks cause they say that i broek the chip and the quadruple tested it before shipping it so it is my own fault. What the hell, this sucks so badly. Cause since it's only 150 bucks, you can't sue the damn place, but 150 down the drain is pretty lame. Anyways, i guess this is off topic cause i don't need any technical support but still, Overclockerz obviously doesn't know how to runa business. This sucks.

Call and complain again. Keep bugging them until you get a new chip or your money back. Even if you have called them 5 times, keep bugging them and see if you can talk to management. There are way to many places on the net to buy parts from and since they test cpu's before they ship them, they probably don't want to get a bad rep. I have worked in serveral places (although not online retailers) and in my experience a persistant customer will almost always get their way (especially returning things), also if that doesn't work DataFly is right, your creditcard company will most likley cover it. Good luck.

I'd call them back and let them know there may be some people in the AnanTech Forums that are wondering if they should do business with them. These places are really strange, I toasted a k62-500 ( my fault ) a couple months ago. I took it back to Sky-Tech, told them the truth and they handed me a new one...

Your credit card company, if reputable, should help you. If you no longer have the processor in your possession, then they should have no problem issuing you a credit for the purchase and duking it out with the Overclockerz Store on your behalf.
