Put your scanner on it and find if I/M is completed and if there are no pending CEL.

What is with people in this forum not having their own scanner???

Not only that but there are lots of FREE scan tools for Subarus that require nothing more than a $10 ODB cable.

I thought I'd mention that there may be a bigger problem than getting it to pass emissions. That's the problem of paying to park it in DC.
