I have a Panasonic TH-50PX80U.
Today I was trying to get it to play ball with a PS3 that has a damaged HDMI port. A different tv would acknowledge input from the PS3 but the Panasonic wouldn't. Eventually, the Panasonic stopped responding to any device input to any of its HDMI ports.
Since the physical damage was only on the PS3 side and since other tvs work with the PS3, is the Panasonic just being "picky" about the quality of the connection?
Might a firmware update fix this pickiness?
