If you have been experiencing latency issues lately, you are not alone. If you head over to DSL reports they have a large comment area discussing the problem, which is wide spread. I juat want to tell you that if you have been experiencing these issues, you can contact Earthlink support and they will credit your account for the time it has affected you. I just did some chat with a tech, and in about 5 minutes she got me a credit for the last 2 weeks, beginning when the latency affected me. If you do want to contact them, I suggest online chat, as it is much faster and easier to talk with them. Ok, just my little help for the week.
