It installs, but when I play it will crash within 10 mins of the game. This is the error that it gives me:

memMemoryAllocator::FindHeap failed on ptr 574c4d8

Any suggestions?

Hi there. A few things come to mind; I also have gotten the standard "everything is fuxored" error message.

Have you:

1. Uninstalled and then reinstalled the game? Sometimes, all it takes is a tiny little power fluctuation during a "writing to the HD" period to mess something up big-time." I've had only one game (HalfLife, believe it or not) do this to me. I reinstalled and all the probs went away. I can't explain why.

2. If that's not the problem, I see...your signature. You may be overheating. Just for gags, lower your clock a little and see what happens. A big overclock like that stresses every component in your system. Yes, I know you have good cooling. So do I, but anyones vidcard can overheat.

I hope this helps, or at least gives you a starting point.

Well I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it wouldn't hurt to do it a 3rd time.

Also I have dropped it down. Right now I'm at around 1050. If it keeps up I might put it back to stock speed to see what happens.

Every other game works fine. Though that means next to nothing.:disgust:
