Midtown Madness 2 doesn't work with Detonator4 21.81's

For some damn reason I can not get Midtown Madness 2 to work with ANY other NVidia drivers except for the 6.50s'. Video is all corrupt and whacked out. Any one else seen this problem and maybe have a cure? This happens regardless of what OS I use (Win98,ME,XP).
 
The new Det4 drivers don't work correctly with MS' Crimson Skies - all sorts of bizzare graphical behavior. Went back to my default drivers for the Hercules 3D Prophet III and no problems were had. I don't think they're quite ready for prime time yet.

Well, I pulled a big duhhhh on this one..Got Midtown working good now. I was using a backup CD of my game(backups are golden when you have kids..) that had a "no-cd" hack .exe in it. Well, that seems to be the problem there. I dug out the original and all is good again.. Oh well, just means I have to use the CD every time I wan't to play the game.
 
I think I noticed is that MTM 2 dosn't like T&L very much, works with more drivers with it off.

Of course you take a performance hit though
