MidiLand S4 4060M or Altec Lansing ATP3?

The Midiland's have a cool control box, but which of these 2.1 speakers sounds the best?

Well I have had a chance to listen to MidiLand S4 4060M's and I wasnt impressed by them. They are MUCH more boomy than the ATP3's I have at home and no where near the clairty level of the ATP3s. (THis is with the Treble maxed on Midiland and Bass set to neutral). The MidiLands also coouldnt play as loud without getting distorted. The control box is kinda cool but really useless. The ATP3 speakers have all the controls you need on the right speaker and the Midilands little box is so light the cables tip it over unless you tape it down or put it in your case. (Which kinda voids the purpose of the controls). Go with the ATP3
