Hi,

I'm on the quest for some kick ass speakers. I've narrowed it down to basically 3 sets...the Midiland 8200's the Boston Acoustic 7500's and the Klipshc 4.1's. Anyways, I haven't heard enough info about the 8200's...anyone whose heard all three want to give the pros and cons of each unit

I was on "THE QUEST" at the beginning of the year. If you want pure power, get the klipsch. If you want clarity of sound and a real center channel, as well as dolby digital effects if you don't have a 5.1 sound card. Get the Midiland. I have the Midiland now, and they are not only the sweetest looking and sounding speakers, they have a ton of features you won't find on any of the other sets you're looking at. 200 watts of RMS power, 100 of which are in the awesome sub (short/long throw in one with air compressor and speaker unit) and 5 20 watt surrounds. These things shake the walls for real...im in a dorm room, and when i watch dvds on my computer, the house next door complains their walls are shaking.
