i believe ive felt this before, but its went away on its own.

i know i should ask a doctor, but i mean this could be computer related so someone else might have had this problem too.

its like the middle of my forearm which is kind sore of you press down on it. it doesnt hurt when i type, and it isnt in my wrist. its in my middle forearm.

no, I have had this before. It is kind of like shin splints. Just get that Oestiobiplex, or whatever it is called. You know the old people joint medicine. It should go away in like a month.

Take a rest from computer use and try to shorten or break up your computer use for the
next little while and if you notice the problem worsening at all, see a doctor who's
knowledgeable with work-related arm/hand injuries.

My grandma is 80 years old and has carpel tunnel. Her middle fingers are permanently pointed out due to it, so it looks like she's flipping you off all the time. She's GREAT fun to take to church :D
