Middle mouse button in Windows IE/Netscape, can it be like linux netscape?

Whenever I use a Windows machine to browse the net, I am annoyed that I am unable to open a link in a new window by simply clicking the middle mouse button. I guess I'm accustomed to linux netscape...this is just the way I have surfed for a long time.

How can I remap the middle mouse button in windows IE or Netscape?
