I'm talking about like what case has the most tool less install with the most thumbscrews or something of that nature. It doesn't have to be completely tool less but the more so the better. I've looked at some reviews but there's no easy way to filter out what I want.

Something that I can install a water cooler in (the boxed kind) later would be great too.

water cool i assume ur talking about an AIO and not a custom setup?

About any case can handle an AIO.
Just make sure the rear of the case has a 120mm blow port which 90% of the cases do.

Id look at either corsair or fractal cases... u'll notice they look simular in design hence they are simular to build and similarly easy to setup.
 
The Obsidian 350D is probably one of the best tool-less cases that's been reviewed recently. It's got room for watercooling (a 280mm rad) despite an mATX size.
