Mid-range printer w/ scanner?

Most of my printing jobs are either 1-2 pages, or 20 pages, never really more than 20.

I'm looking for a fast, reliable printer, that also works as a scanner. Color quality needs to be nice, but I do NOT plan on printing high quality pictures.

If it had a built in fax, it wouldn't be used.

I'm thinking something around $100ish, any suggestions?

Well, get a Canon iP4300 printer and an Epson scanner from eBay or Epson's Clearance store (usually free shipping too). If you're short on space, buy or build a stack rack or shelf to put them one above the other. Any $100. AIO will be way expensive over the long haul. $100 isn't midrange it is CHEAP in the AIO category. I recommend the Canon MP-530 or MP-830. You may want to check on the new Kodak AIOs as they will have the lowest cost for OEM ink tanks, at least for a while. I have no idea of their quality while the Canons have some the best print engines around and clone ink tanks are available to put their TCO in the laser category in exchange for a little effort on your part.
