mid price C2D board

im in the same boat, I'm lookin at the Gigabyte DS3 and the asus 650i. Anyone else have some good or bad points for each one??
 
May want to check out the BIOSTAR TForce 965PT. It seems like an excellent choice if you don't need Raid, SLI, Firewire. It seems to OC well and has had some great reviews. Plus you can't beat the price at $105.
