mid 2012 macbook air has usb3 super speed?

hi all, i have a mid 2012, 13-inch macbook air that i think has usb 3.0 ports? i guess apple just doesn't color them blue?

I see listed USB3 Hi-speed and USB3 super-speed, but only the hi-speed section has things populated...

Can anyone confirm if this mba supports usb 3 super speed on both its ports before i go buying some usb3 external hard drives? thanks!

Yes, it has 2x USB 3 ports.

What that screen shot is saying is that the trackpad, keyboard, card reader and camera are all on the USB 2 bus, but those are all strictly internal.

yup, had a friend with a usb3 external drive and tested both ports. confirmed usb3 super speed. yay!
