For college students in the Tampa Bay area especially from the University of South Florida, this is an opportunity to learn more about creating your own microsystems. This course is free to students and $250 for others.

I'm definitely going! 😀

This is an introductory one day course. I don't know too much about the subject. I've taken a couple semiconductors class and a VLSI course, so I'm assuming that should be sufficient for this event.

If anyone has any more insight on this topic, it'd be nice to know a bit more before taking the course. 🙂
 
Looks like MEMs. Man, I really wanted to learn a little more about it but I just ran out of time in college. Dammit...
