Microstutter in WoW. Any players with 1GB cards out there?

I and a coworker have been talking about the microstutter since 3.0. I have to set the view distance down to 50% to avoid the microstutter-- If I have it at 100% I can be grinding along, and then if I swivel the camera around it stutters pretty nastily for a split second-- presumably because it's swapping data from the RAM into the graphics card RAM. So I'd like to know if anyone who has a 1GB card has this problem?

I can't believe that 512MB vram isn't enough.

I play at 1920x1200. I haven't tried turning this down yet-- if stuttering goes away at a lower resolution, what's that mean?
Should I have Verticle Sync and Triple Buffering enabled or disabled? I currently have it disabled (higher framerates).

You seem to already have an ongoing thread about this same topic. Since people have already given you input in that thread, let's keep the discussion there.
