Hi all.
I've been suffering from a extremely strange situation regarding frame skipping or micro stutter on multiple set ups while playing games. I've tried this on 2 PC's and 2 different laptops, all resulting in this frame skipping.
Here is a video of what i am experiencing on my high end rig- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfioH6x1UQE

Here is a video of it happening on my laptop - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n1wbfvBTqI&feature=youtu.be

i've tried every solution possible over years of research. but since this is a problem on so many set ups, it has to be something out of my reach to fix.
this happends on single player and multiplayer games even with the router switched off, so that eliminates a network cause.
My only guess now is maybe some kind of interference somewhere is doing this, as i have tried everything else i can think of. Could this be a possibility? is something in my house or my road creating this effect?
Appart from this, everything runs as they should. Totally stumped with this but there has to be a cause of it somewhere. :|
Thanks.
