Can anyone tell me where I can find a manual (and possibly, drivers) for the old MS6121 slot 1 mobo ?

MicroStar site does not have anything about it...

I can't find your board in particular but there are a couple of them that are real close like the 6120 or 6122... just click on the "manual" hot key in the green area, it will then give you a list of the different manuals available and if you scroll to the bottom it will take you to some even older manuals....good luck
