I've just read the following article:

It seems that Microsoft will be charging people who produces storage devices that uses the FAT file format.
If this is true, I guess we will be seeing either a higher pricing for storage devices or we'll be seeing more storage devices comes unformatted (assuming this will get around the FAT charges)
Anyone has any more information about this?
