Microsoft Word: Full Page Image?

How do I insert an image that will take up the entire page (including margins) without losing quality or affecting the rest of the document?

Remember that many printers, especially lasers, can't print to the edges of the page.

Reduce the image size in PhotoShop, PaintShop, or IrfanView before you insert, they might do a better job of shrinking it to a printable size.

In PhotoShop, save as a tiff, In Illustrator, save as CMYK. This should help, if you have these programs also.
