Microsoft Word - Convert to PDF - Problems

Guys. I have a user that is trying to use the "pdf" icon in Word to convert the Word document to a PDF. When she clicks it, the says something to the effect of the PDF printer not available. She has Adobe Acrobat 6.0 installed, but when we went to her printers, the PDF Printer was gone.

How do I reinstall that?
 
It is normally considered polite to respond back with what you did to fix it even if you get no replies to your thread. My guess is you just reinstalled the doc-to-pdf plugin, but it would be helpful to know for sure.
