On certain documents, when i have finished them and get ready to exit, they always ask if i want to save my work. This doesn't happen with all documents, only certain ones, like my phone list. I never change anything on it, but it always asks if I want to save my changes. any clue as to why?

yes, wrong forum. but whatever. i post here when i need quick help too :)

i've noticed word/excel documents with dynamic data will ask you to save again upon exit. things that may include today's date, current time, stuff like that.

that's my best guess.
