Microsoft wireless scroll mouse / Outlook glitch?

Has anyone else noticed a problem using Outlook? Using a Microsquish model 1007 wireless mouse and running Outlook (not Express), I ocassionally have trouble. When reviewing lists of e-mail messages, the list will only scroll down irrespective of which direction I twiddle the wheel.

This disappears when I close and reopen Outlook. Happens every couple of days.
