Yeah, like get rid of the touchscreen crap if you don't have a touchscreen.
Don't you like just how smug that guy is, leaning back in that chair while the touchscreen fails for them...

It seems touch and all in one OS is direction Microsoft are going, I've no issues with that even though I don't use touchscreen etc ,however I do hope thet don't forget desktop users like me that still use old fashioned keyboard and mouse.

What update "features?" A finger-painting app? Seriously?

Professional artists use pens/pencils/brushes (real thing and digital equivalent) and most stopped painting with their fingers at the age of 7. Develop something that rivals a Wacom digitizer or stop with all the nonsense already.

Has anyone at Microsoft used a touch-enabled Cintiq yet? Wacom gets that of course touch has major uses- but for mimicking traditional mediums like rotating what you're working on, pinch zooming, etc. not as a substitute for a decent pressure sensitive input.

What Microsoft is showing was old news 5 years ago. It wouldn't be a big deal, except they seem convinced that their outdated ideas of touch interfaces and applications are major OS innovations.
