Microsoft Warranty?

Well a few days ago my beloved Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 keyboard died on me, with a quarter of the keys dead (namely the qwertasdf keys). Its been less than a year since I got it and now those keys don't respond. I'm trying to look on the website for the warranty but I just find this one page:

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/Warranties.mspx

Where do I go to actually find a RMA?

Or can anyone figure out why my keyboard is doing that? Only those keys are dead... ever hear of this problem?

Alright thanks... when you had to warranty did they require you to ship the keyboard back?

No, they told me to throw it away and they sent me a brand new one.

It depends some time they do ask to ship, some time they ask for proof and will send you a new product.

As posted above, casll they are good about supporting their products.
