Microsoft warns of lawsuits

He did not provide any detail on the alleged violations, which the Linux community disputes.

heh, sounds like something SCO would say/do.

P.S: It won't be long untill software patents will have everyone sueing everyone. It'll only get uglier with each passing years as scum like SCO buys up ancient patents/copyrights noone is paying attention to anymore.

"We think our software is far more secure than open-source software. It is more secure because we stand behind it, we fixed it, because we built it. Nobody ever knows who built open-source software,". This qoute makes me laugh "Because you dont know who writes the code, its evil."

Nah.. MS is selling cheaper into Asia, I heard... But at least in China they just steal the MS products and they then have the best for nothing.

Yeah, who are you gonna trust more, a company that says "Our stuff is secure. Yeah, we've been victim to hundreds of attacks and exploits over the years, and every time we eventually fix it and remind you again how secure we are. Just trust us, you don't need to see the code." or several hundred or thousand random people around the world that say, "We think our stuff is pretty secure, but feel free to examine every bit of it, if you like - we have nothing to hide."

Hmm.. decisions, decisions..

I am sure Chinese government is sooo scared M$ is gonna $ue them. They pull that stunt and they are gonna be run out of China.
