Microsoft virtual machine and WinXP

I went to a web site that when I clicked on it it said I needed Microsoft Virtual Machine. So when I clicked on the Download button, imagine my surprise when it took me to a site that statedx that Microsoft wont do that for Windows XP any longer. I was very upset.

So is there any way or anywhere that I can get Microsoft Virtual Machine because I tried to get it off of the Microsoft web site, and couldn't find it....
