Download the latest version of Internet Explorer

Not worth loading IE to see the change...

Well, before they had a separate Office Update utility (which I also test). Maybe the two business units wanted to keep things separate. I have no inside info as to why this would have changed though. But from a customer standpoint, this was the right thing to do, IMHO.

This sucks, I can't figure out how to PREVENT certain things from downloading that I don't need.
