Doubt it. A Japanese company would be insane to sign up with a system that is outsold by the PS1 in Japan.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Sega bought Capcom...They're looking to buy another game developer now that they are actually making money. Plus capcom and sega have had a pretty good relationship.
