I was at a local store debating on whether I should reserve an X-Box for its release in the summer, and I was told by an associate that Microsoft had signed Squaresoft, so FF10 and FF11 would come out on the X-Box. Is this true? Depending on this, I will stick with my pre-order.

Squaresoft is definatley developing for the PS2, but that doesn't mean they can't develop for the X-box as well. I looked around IGN.com and couldn't find any definate news from square. There seems to be signs of them droppping off the Sony exclusive bandwagon, but its still too soon to tell for sure.

The pre-order is 10 dollars down. They say the release price will be 299. This is at Babbages in the Bay Area, California.
