Didn't know where to put this but Does anybody have one of these if so are you currently using it and does it work properly with Windows 7. Thx for any help or advice.
 
They all do. The USB compatible models came with a DB-15 to USB adapter.

When I get home tonight I can give you the correct model number so you can check.

It could have had an adapter but i don't remember as i had it so long and moved a lot over the years
 
According to that, there's a minimum product ID needed for direct USB compatibility. If the OP's is high enough, that would be an easy passive adapter, and it could be tested w/o buying a DB15.

You're right. Durville, you need Product I.D. 85791 or up.
