Microsoft should release a keyboard and mouse for the XBOX

has nobody tried to hook one up yet? The inputs are USB, so just get the adapter and try it. Most gams allow you to move the cvontrols so maybe??????

I don't think it would be recognized, but those running Linux on it have already tried it and it works.

Its a matter of whether the OS on the Xbox has drivers for the mouse and keyboard.

i would never get a PC again if they have a keyboard and a mouse, the whole upgrading thing is getting lame , it would do alot if they did . plus most of the time im on my PC is for gaming and other time to browse and to do work . Who has the money to upgrade forever =) , I think xbox is great for PC gamers who are sick of upgrading the PC , the only thing missing is keyboard and mouse , ahahahaha am i right

Um, even if you hooked it up you still need a hacked XBox in order to assign keys and buttons. It's not as simple as plugging it in and BOOM, you got Halo with KB+Mouse.

Yeah, I don't see why not release one... Or even maybe not a kb exactly, but something similar with a bunch of buttons. They could make it even more ergonomic/customizable than a standard kb.
