OK, well, sort of...

I bought a keyboard/mouse package at Sam's Club last December, with the Internet Keybord and IntelliMouse optical.(Just the barebones optical mouse; wheel, wheel/middle click, and two buttons) and recently it has been acting up.(Well, the damn thing kept falling down on the floor! It was faulty! 😉) So I give MS a ring. The guy asks for the PIN #, and my address, says that they usually tell people 4-5 weeks but if I didn't get it in 2-3 to call up again and give them the following #.*insert annoyng tracking # here* He also said that they were out of stock, so he will have it sent Airborne Express and I will be the first to get one.

It was just a few days ago that I called MS up. I GOT MY NEW MOUSE TODAY!!!

That's not all!

He sent me the IntelliMouse w/ IntelliEye and the next "grade" up...IE, the one with 2 shiny silver buttons on each side. It is a USB mouse with a ps/2 adapter.

Damn!

BTW...the guy whom I talked too sounded just like the black guy/kid from Hackers. You know, "Its in that place I put that thing that time!"

MS has very good support.. But then again I've had the pleasure of

Oracle, Adic, Dell, Compuke, Cabletron, IBM, Toshiba, HP and a few more. 99% of the time just to get a RMA but they run me through a long process to prove it's not working.

MS, and I had the same thing with 3Com, Tell em whats wrong.. okay yep it's bad, here is your RMA.
