Microsoft RMA support contact/link for mice?

I have a Wireless Intellimouse Explorer that is having problems holding a signal and is more skittery than a chihuahua on espresso! This thing is just about impossible, despite repeated channel connect changes. I think I recall seeing some kind of direct Microsoft RMA replacement mouse URL around here at some point in the last six months. This is still covered under their manufacturer warranty- any advice or resources that you guys can give me before I start dredging Microsoft.com for support services that don't cost $35+? Thanks!
