Safari, by the way, is based on free browsing software created by the open-source programming community, and sure enough, these open-source products may also fall afoul of the Eolas patent.
Microsoft will be the only company around that can afford to pay out sums like that. So if it is real and valid and holds up to appeals then all you open source hippies are fubar'd so in the end who has the last laugh 😀
