1. I lost the Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 "File Save As" a "JPEG" File Format Menu Item after I installed the Epson 850Z Digital Camera "Image Expert" Software.
I need the "Image Expert" Software, since it is the best Software for the Epson 850Z Digital Camera.
2. I had installed Windows XP Pro as a clean install on a new IDE Disk Drive, after it had asked me for the CD-ROM containing one of the valid Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
3. My Windows XP Pro System is totally updated.
4. I can assure that all of the Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 Menu Items Choices have been checked out, and there is no "JPEG" File Format Menu Item anymore when there was one before I had installed the "Image Expert" Software.
