I remember a thread some time ago about Microsoft peripherals. I think it said if you had one and it broke, you could scan the product number and fax it to MS and they would send a replacement. Maybe I'm completely wrong about that, but if not...
Does anyone know if that warranty extends to their other peripherals? I've got a Windows MCE Remote Control and It just stopped working in the last 10 minutes. I tried swapping with two sets of brand new batters. It's not just the connection with the computer because none of the lights on the remote turn on. Thanks for any help.
