Is there any way to keep sent mails from being sent right away and have them sit in the outbox under the Send/Receive button is pressed?

1. click tools
2. click options
3. click mail setup
4. uncheck "send immediately when connected."

This is for Outlook 2003 BTW.

I'll have to check in the version I have at home. I have 2003 at work but maybe 2002 at home.
