Microsoft Outlook Task Forms

I have added this field to my task section by way of field chooser, but can't find where you can use it in the form. How can I get the field to show up on the form?

In Outlook 2003, simply select Tools>Forms>Design a Form.

Choose "Task" (IPM.task). Add "Requested by" via the Field Chooser.

Note: a bit of knowledge of basic form design will be required.

But you can only do this on page 2 of the template. I need it on page 1 of the task template.
