Microsoft Organization Chart Server

One of the PCs that I support has this probelm. The person is looking to modify a flow chart that was made in an earlier version of Powerpoint in PP2003, and when they try and modify the contents of one of the cells of the flow chart, it gives this error. Microsoft's Website, as usual is useless.
