Microsoft Office language problem

I'm helping a person who takes frequent trips to Mexico and while he was down there, they change the language of his Office programs to Spanish.
I'm trying to convert it back to English, but everything seems to fail. He was using office 2007 at the time and I was told to check the computers default language and that did nothing.

Now I have converted him to Office 2010 and it's all back to English, but Outlook. The area where it says Inbox, sent, spam, ect. are still in Spanish, but nothing else is.

I have looked into the options then languages, but still no success.
Any information can help, he is a business man so he needs it now or he going to pay for IT. Thanks in advance.
