Downloading now. Using OpenOffice on my lappy and 2007 at work, so I'm interested to see what's different with 2010.

So does 2007 compared to 2003.

I still prefer 2003....

It's really a shame that people stick to this bias. 2007 is much more efficient for those of us that gave it a chance. It also has a ton more features than 2003, but you haven't figured that out I guess.

That's true but '07 does have quite a learning curve.

I used 07 a LOT when I was in school. I got accustomed to it and much preferred it over 03. Now at work we only have 03 and it's been a few years since I've really been using 07.
On the rare times that I do use 07 now it does feel like it's more complicated.

'07 has a horrible learning curve..I don't use Word often, but coming from 2003 is like driving a car from 65 and then a car from 2010 and trying to fiddle with all the gadgets..it's sort of ridiculous and scares me! D:

And 2010 is out of beta now, you can download the final retail version from Technet if you have a subscription.

Yep, saw the 32 and 64 bit versions out on Technet and the VLSC... 2 days after I installed 2007 on a brand new build. Durp. :)
