THis is what it says in the help file...

"If you are on a local area network behind a firewall (for example, a corporate network), you can talk to someone who is behind the same firewall that you are, but you may not be able to connect on a computer-to-computer call with someone outside the firewall."

Ok, well i'm behind a firewall on my router. Shouldn't this be an easy fix though? Just a matter of opening a port or two on the router? I hope so...

Your router need to support uPnP. I tried it to work behind my Cisco 675 but hardware constraint makes it a no-go.

hmm.... i have the d-link 704 router. I don't know if it supports uPnP or not... I sure hope i can work around this though..
