Microsoft Money 2005 and Picture It 4.99

Wow some interesting ratings there. Alot of ppl seemed not to understand OEM software. Read the ratings carefully.
 
What jumps out to me in the ratings is how slow they are to ship. I really want Money, but these guys are shady.
 
I have money 2003. I wonder if there's anything different this time around or if this is just a yearly cash grab like the update from 2003 to 2004 was.

I have 2005. I'm not sure on the previous versions. I like the interface but it takes forever for it to sync up with my bank.

They do have other reasonably priced software, and buying more reduces the per-item shipping cost... The ratings are scarey though!
