Yeah, I found it through google. Didn't see a license though. Don't want to download it without knowing what I am getting myself into

It's for "educational" purposes only. You can't use it for any commercial thingees (like game derivatives, but if you come up with something good I'm sure M$ would License it to you...)

That's not a license. It doesn't even give you permission to modify the code.

It was one of my favorites. Too bad it died because of Zone subscriptions. It had a lot going for it, especially once the free-zone servers were hacked.
