Microsoft & Logitech have both managed to screw up my all time favorite keyboard and trackball

My favorite keyboard is the original microsoft natural. My favorite trackball is the Logitech Marble FX+

Both are no longer made.

The Microsoft Natural Elite is close, but they completely messed up the design with the new position of the arrows, not to mention squishing the insert/home/page up keys into a 2x3 array instead of the standard 3x2. The Natural Pro has annoying buttons along the top that I'll never use. Any good alternatives/places where I can still get my hands on the old style?

The Logitech Marble FX is now only available as a cordless...which is alright I suppose, but I have no idea how fast that thing will eat batteries. I use my computer all the time and don't want to have to be changing my batteries every other week. Are there any similarly designed corded models...OR does anyone know where I can get my hands on the old Logitech Marble FX+?

I need to get these pretty soon, for my new computer. I've been using my friend's keyboard and mouse, but she's coming back in a couple days. My current MS Natural keyboard and Marble FX+ trackball are staying with my old computer. They're getting kinda cruddy and starting to really get worn anyway, so it's time for some new components.

well the wireless optical mouse last about a month on 2 AA. You could pick up some rechargable NiMH batteries and get a longer life :)
