Microsoft Licensing

I work for a small k-6 elementary school. I would like to get a site license for basically Microsoft Office and Publisher. I would like to have office 2003 instead of 2007 because some of the computers are a little older.

Basically what I understand is that I need to contact an authorized Microsoft reseller and they will provide me with pricing. Anyone ever set something up like this? Thanks!

You may be able to get some S/W provided for free.
